Regional Managers

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall development of the regional market, establish, expand and maintain the local sales network






1、Responsible for the overall development of the regional market under the jurisdiction of the establishment, expansion and maintenance of the local sales network, the organisation of the actual


2、Assist the leadership to develop regional development strategies, product development planning, channel expansion planning, market promotion planning, customer management planning and implementation as required.


3、Provide accurate information on market trends, changes in demand, competitors and customer feedback, to provide support for the company to develop sales strategies and marketing plans.


4、Planning and controlling the regional sales budget, and reasonably allocating the sales resources and expenses in the region under your jurisdiction.


5、According to the company's annual business objectives, the development of annual customer development plan, sales targets and decomposition, sales cost budget, etc.;.


6、Manage the sales team, help to establish, supplement, develop and train the sales team, organise the team to develop a variety of sales means, to complete the sales plan and payback targets;.


7, regular analysis of competitors and customers the development of industry dynamics, participate in the development and improvement of sales product programmes, pricing policies, norms, systems, so that it is constantly adapted to the development of the market;.


8, as a key customer and the internal team between the main contact person and the project leader, communication and collaboration of internal resources, to establish a good relationship of co-operation;.


9、Responsible for the team's negotiation and signing of major marketing contracts, to assist in customer analysis, establish customer relations, mining customer demand;


10、Assist in dealing with major customer complaints, tracking the results of complaint handling, and customer satisfaction surveys to enhance customer service satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
